We spent quite a lot of time driving obviously as so much to see, but the hours went quickly as they were filled with his witty banter about the history and culture of Scotland. It just felt like we were traveling with a friend, and yet left us plenty of time to relax together as a family. There was never a dull moment as we drove through some of the most spectacular scenery. We were flexible with our itinerary and he found us places that were a bit less discovered and touristy which was fun! He also found us great hikes to stretch our legs every day and get even better views. I could go on and on, but it was an amazing experience. I advise all not to drive yourself roads are mayhem and you get both an excellent driver and a uniquely amazing guide with Ian!
